Mindfulness Education and non-judgmental moment-to-moment attention form the platform from which I live my life and offer skills, including yoga, to navigate the ups and downs of life at any age.
With extensive experience spanning 50 years and working with individuals aged 4 to 105, I am equipped to mentor, coach, guide, and counsel you.
