My own journey to finding a joyful, healthy, balanced, low stress lifestyle has given me insight to the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding for a broad spectrum of life circumstances. Mindfulness, non-judgmental moment to moment attention is the platform from which I live my life and offer skills to navigate the ups and downs of life at any age.
Extensive experience spanning 48 years and ages 4-105 y.o. allows me to mentor, coach, guide and counsel you. My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, to help clients improve their holistic health and achieve a higher level of joy and vibrancy into their life leading to improved health in spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, and emotional parts of their life.
Using holistic, experiential, methods to expand intuition, imagination, integration, and inspiration I use the Arts, 21st Century Medicine, Quantum Sciences, Cross Cultural Contemplative Practices, and Positive Psychology into every session appropriate to the group or individual. The tapestry gained over time and woven into my life's work in Mindfulness Education and Therapy provides you with the tools and methods you need to live a full and joyful life with creative resilience.
